Manifesto

New Crop is an endeavor inspired by creative independence. All the vagabonds, time travelers, makers and tambourine shakers who live and create as their imagination sparks.

This online space is a where we share the people, the threads, and trinkets that take us through a journey through cultures or a journey to a past era we feel we once lived in.

We support independent pioneers and makers of their own craft by bridging their work to be seen, heard and appreciated as they envisioned it. Every stitch, color combination, pattern, and/or technique is completely determined by the artisan.

We dig design and culture and gravitate towards the indigenous arts. Maybe one day we'll be the crazy grandparents with lots of stories to tell and an attic full of treasures to explore. Until then, we're currently in transit, hunting and gathering experiences and trinkets.

About Us

Growing up in the beautiful corner of the Appalachian Mountains, we moved to Austin and danced in the playground of live music, indulged in tacos, explored the art scene, and met some vibrant souls who's energies we'll always miss . Read about the first leg of our journey, when we left our full time jobs to hit the open road and chase our own creative independence. Explore our favorite moments in our road trips , as we long boarded, backpacked, pitched tents and enjoyed all the mini victories that came in between the dotted lines of our destinations.
